Your customers are calling the other guy.
I build websites fast for local trade businesses — plus a text-message bot that answers the calls you miss, collects the job details, and hands you a ready-to-quote job card. This page is one of mine. It loads instantly. Yours will too.

Blue Ridge Plumbing — Arlington, VA
⭐ 4.8 (212 reviews) · Emergency repairs · Same-day service
Sample site — fictional business, shown so you can picture yours
This is the whole pitch: reviews next to the call button, one-tap calling, and a bot behind it that catches every call you can't pick up. Scroll down and watch it work.
What one average plumbing job is worth. Catch two missed jobs a month and you've covered the $50 monthly bundle eighteen times over.
Of callers who hit voicemail never leave a message — they just dial the next name on Google.
How fast the bot texts back a missed caller. Before they've finished dialing your competitor.
What a missed call earns you today. Every single one is a job somebody else booked.
Figures drawn from published industry research on local-business call handling and lead response times, compiled November 2026. Your numbers will come from your own call log — the bot tracks every one.
How the bot works a missed call
A simulated example with a sample plumbing business — this is exactly the flow your customers would get. You're under a house or up a ladder. A customer calls, gets no answer — and instead of losing them to the next result on Google, the bot texts back in under a minute, gathers the problem, a photo, the address, and the urgency, then delivers this:
Job card — new lead Ready to quote
- Problem
- Water heater leaking into basement
- Unit
- 50-gal, ~9 years old (photo attached)
- Address
- Glebe Rd, Arlington (from customer)
- Urgency
- Tonight — water near furnace
- Source
- Missed call, Tue 6:42 PM — captured by bot (simulated)
- Your move
- One callback. Quote, don't interrogate.
Caller reaches voicemail, hangs up, books the next plumber. You never even knew they called.
Same missed call becomes a quoted job in four minutes. And every completed job booked through the site earns credit toward the $50 monthly — 2 jobs earn a half-month credit, 4 make the month free.
Run your own numbers
Drag the sliders. This is the math your competitors are already doing — with your customers.
What are missed calls costing you?
Be honest — count the calls that come in while you're on a job, driving, or closed.
That's $56,160 a year going to whoever picks up — or texts back — first.
The Trades Website bundle that stops this: $50/mo for the premium tools after a $200 setup — site, Google visibility, and intake bot all included, at the founders special rate. At this loss rate, the whole first year ($800 all-in: $200 setup + 12 × $50) pays for itself in about a week — and every 2 completed jobs booked through the site earn a half-month credit ($25), so 4 completed jobs make a month free.
Everything a local business needs to turn searches into jobs
Not a brochure site. A system where every piece exists to make the phone ring — and to catch it when you can't.
A website that loads instantly
Built on a fast, modern stack — no bloated templates, no five-second spinners. Your services, your photos, your reviews, one-tap call and text buttons on every screen.
Why it pays: local sites convert at 2–5% — but only if they load before the visitor gives up.
Missed-call intake bot
Every missed call gets a text back in under a minute. The bot gathers the problem, photos, address, and urgency, then hands you a complete job card. Your callback becomes a quote, not twenty questions.
Why it pays: catching two missed jobs a month ≈ $900 back in your pocket.
Reviews, front & center
Your best reviews sit right next to the call button, and every finished job gets an automatic, honest review request by text. No gating, no funny business — just a steady stream of proof.
Why it pays: people don't call businesses they can't verify. Reviews are the verification.
Google profile that ranks
Your Google Business Profile cleaned up, categorized, and kept current — services, hours, photos, service area — so "near me" searches find you first, not the franchise.
Why it pays: most local jobs start with a map search, not a website visit.
Monthly recon report
Once a month you get a plain-English report: what competitors changed, what searches you're winning or losing, and the one fix that would win the most work next month. My own research tooling, pointed at your market.
Why it pays: you stop guessing what the other shops are doing. You know.
AI content pack
A month of ready-to-post content — job photos turned into posts, seasonal offers, before/afters — written in your voice and scheduled for you. Your socials stop being a ghost town.
Why it pays: a business that posts looks open, busy, and booked. Because it is.
What this costs everywhere else
The big platforms sell each of these tools separately, at platform prices. Here's the honest stack-up.
| What you need | Buying it the usual way | Here |
|---|---|---|
| Professional website | Agency: $2,500–$5,000 up front, months of waiting. DIY builders like Wix run $29/mo and you still build it yourself. | Built for you in hours — founding clients start at $99 setup + $9.99/mo. Less than Netflix. |
| Missed-call text-back & lead intake | CRM platforms charge ≈ $97–$297/mo for this alone, per location. | Bundled into the premium tools at $50/mo total — founders special — on the Trades Website ($200 setup) or Top Premium ($500 setup): Google visibility and bot together, not per tool. |
| Rebooking reminders (barbers & salons) | Booking platforms charge $29.99/mo and up, then take 20–30% of new-client bookings on top. | Bundled free in Premium — or +$10/mo on Foundation. My growth fee is capped, theirs isn't close. |
| Getting found first on Google | Agencies charge $300–$1,000 to set up a Google profile and $125+/mo to manage search ads. | Get Found First is included in the $50/mo premium tools bundle (founders special): profile + Local Services Ads handled. You pay Google directly — never me — for the ads themselves. |
| Someone who answers when it breaks | A ticket queue and a 3-day wait. | Me. I service every bot and site myself — you have my number. |
Platform prices reflect published rates for mainstream missed-call, CRM, and review tools as of November 2026. The point isn't that they're bad tools — it's that a one-truck or one-chair business shouldn't need four subscriptions to answer a phone call.
Here's what's different about my model
Most agencies charge you the same whether they bring you work or not. Mine is built the other way around — when the website and bots bring you customers, those customers help pay for the system.
Completed jobs can make your monthly free
Here's how it works in plain words: when my system brings you work, that work earns credit against your monthly bill — it never just sits on top of it. For trades, every 2 completed jobs booked through the website earn a half-month credit ($25), so 4 completed jobs pay for the whole month. For barbers and appointment shops, the fee on each brought-in customer credits against the monthly dollar for dollar. Bring in enough, and the monthly is wiped out.
For trades
Four completed jobs make the month free
Every 2 completed jobs booked through your website earn a half-month credit — $25 against the $50 monthly. Complete 4 jobs and the credits add up to the full $50: that month is free.
Every completed job counts the same, big or small — there's never a reason to take a booking off the site. The growth fee stays capped the way it was: 5% of the first completed job, capped at $50 per job, and only on work the system actually brought you.
For barbers & appointment shops
About six brought-in customers cover the month
The growth fee is 10% of a first visit, capped at $5 per booking, credited against the monthly the same way.
So about six customers the system actually brought in — a new booking through the site, or a lapsed client a reminder brings back — and that month is covered.
The honest answer
“Couldn't I just set up Cloudflare myself?”
You could — and honestly, hosting a blank page is free just about anywhere. But Cloudflare won't take your photos and turn them into a finished website with your name, colors, reviews, and services on it. It won't set up your booking or intake, and it won't update your hours, photos, or offers while you're out running the shop.
That's what you're paying for here: the work done for you, by a local person who builds it, maintains it, and keeps it current — for less than an agency charges just to get started.
- ✓Only brought-in customers countA new booking through your site, or a lapsed customer the reminder brings back. That's it.
- ✓Never your regularsThe fee never applies to the customers you already had. Your book stays yours.
- ✓No-show means no feeThe fee only applies when the job is completed or the visit actually happens.
No guaranteed customers, no guaranteed income — just a model where, when the system does bring you work, that work pays toward the system first. See the packages below ↓
Four packages. No surprises.
Pick the package that fits. If your number is lower, we trim features to meet it — the price integrity stays, the scope adjusts. That's how this stays a no-brainer. Pays-For-Itself pricing — the math we agreed on
Trades: on top of the monthly rate, I only earn a growth fee when my system provably brings you a customer: 5% of the first completed job, hard-capped at $50 per job — and only when the job actually happens. Every fee is source-tagged with a monthly log you can check. And completed jobs earn credit against your $50 monthly bundle: every 2 jobs booked through the website and completed earn a half-month credit ($25), so 4 completed jobs make the month free. Barbers: 10% of a first visit, hard-capped at $5 per booking, credited the same way. Compare that to booking platforms charging 20–30% per new client.
Add-ons — a few dollars more, only what you'll use
Rebooking reminder bot (standalone)
The Premium bot, added to a Foundation site. Same price either way: $19.99/mo total.
Get Found First

No guaranteed rankings, no games — just the setup done right. For trades, this is already inside the $50/mo premium tools bundle (founders special) — not an extra charge.
Monthly recon report
Competitor moves, search wins and losses, and the single highest-value fix for next month — from my own research tooling.
AI content pack
A month of social posts from your real job photos, written in your voice and scheduled for you.
How it works — and how fast
No six-week agency process. I build it, show it to you live, then we tune it together.
See your site first
Before you pay anything, I build a working demo of your site and walk you through it — in person or on a call. Real pages, your name, your reviews.
Pick your package
Choose flat monthly or the Pays-For-Itself option. Name your price point and we adjust the scope to fit it — openly, line by line.
Launch in hours
Site goes live, carrier approval for texting is filed the day you sign, and we test the bot on your actual phone line together before it faces a customer.
Watch it pay
Every captured lead is source-tagged. You see exactly which jobs the bot saved, what they're worth, and what (if anything) you owe on performance.
Straight answers
The questions every owner asks me, answered the same way I'd answer in your shop.
I already have a phone number. Do I have to change it?
No. The bot works behind your existing line — we set up call forwarding together during install and test it on the spot, so a missed call triggers a text from a dedicated business number while your number stays exactly as it is on your truck, cards, and Google listing.
Will my customers know they're texting a bot?
Yes — it's introduced as your shop's assistant from the first message, and the moment a conversation gets complicated, it hands off to you with everything collected so far. No fake-human tricks. Customers care about getting an answer fast, and they'll know a human (you) is closing the job.
What happens if the bot gets confused?
It stops guessing, tells the customer you'll call them back shortly, and sends you the partial job card plus the full transcript. A graceful handoff, never a dead end — and I can see and service every bot myself, so fixes are quick.
How many businesses can you actually run this for?
The texting platform behind this supports far more clients than I'll ever take on — each business gets its own account, number, and tracking. I deliberately keep my roster small and local so I can service everything personally.
Why is this so much cheaper than the platforms?
Because my running costs are genuinely low — modern hosting and messaging at wholesale rates — and I'm not paying a sales team or a call center. The platforms charge $100+/mo per tool partly because they can. I'd rather price it so one saved job covers months of service.
What if it doesn't work for me?
That's exactly what the Pays-For-Itself option is for: on performance pricing, fees only attach to jobs the bot provably captured, tracked with source tags you can inspect. And the monthly report shows your captured leads either way — no faith required.
How fast can I be live?
The website itself: hours. The bot's texting number needs standard carrier approval, which I file the day you sign so the clock starts immediately. Most businesses are fully live — site, bot, review requests — inside two weeks.
Book your free demo
Four short steps, about two minutes. This form runs the same way my intake bot will run for your customers: one step at a time, everything gathered, and one clean prep card at the end — so I build your demo around your real business before we ever talk.
Demo Prep Card Ready for Victor
Everything you just told me, on one card — this is exactly what I build your demo from, and the same kind of card my intake bot hands my clients after a customer enquiry.
Straight up: this page is a hosted preview, so nothing is emailed automatically today — copy the card above and send it to Victor (a text works fine), and attach any photos you added in step 3. When this site moves to Victor's own domain, this form wires straight into his intake system and sends on its own.
